Retail Sale Terms & Ordering Information

PAYMENT:
We take payment by credit or debit card though our online shop. Sadly we regret we cannot take cheques or postal orders under any circumstances.

SIZING:
As you probably know sizes vary greatly from company to company - we give notice if we find that certain items sizing is coming up smaller or larger than usual.

OUT OF STOCK:
If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will let you know by phone or email as soon as we can. As we only take payment once we have checked an item is in stock you will never be charged for an item that is out of stock.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Buyers MUST contact us before returning an item.

TIME SALE: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving it for UK buyers and within 30 days for overseas buyers.

ITEM CONDITION: Items must be in the same condition as when we sent them with all tags and packaging.

POSTING AN ORDER BACK: Buyers are responsible for paying the cost of posting items back to us and they must get proof of postage from the post office in case the items should go missing in the post. If an order should get lost in the post when it is being returned we cannot provide a refund or exchange without proof of postage.

EXCHANGES: If you would like to exchange an item please check before returning it that we have the item you want.

REFUNDS: If an item is returned for a refund we will refund the cost of the item(s) but not the postage cost, unless the item is being returned because it is faulty in which case we will refund the full amount including postage.

SALE ITEMS: - can only be returned for and exchanged for a different garment or if they are faulty.

UK POSTAGE:
Orders sent out within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery. Postage costs within the UK are 10% of the total cost of the order..

Items are usually posted out on Tuesdays/Wednesday and Thursdays so please bear this in mind when making your order. If you have not recieved your order within 1 week please get in touch so we can look into the matter. If you need the order for a particular date please let us know so we can try to make sure we get it to you in time.

OVERSEAS POSTAGE:
Orders sent outside the UK will be sent with Royal Mail. European orders are charged at 20% of the order and should arrive 2 weeks after placing your order. Orders for the rest of the world are charged at 25% of the total order price and should be with you in about 3 weeks of ordering.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Payments taken thought the website are processed via a secure server We have been using this site for many years with no problems so you can order with confidence in the security of the server. Once payment has been taken we DO NOT store or keep in any way any payment details.
